Constant Temperature & Humidity Series for Clean Operating Rooms

1. Precise Temperature & Humidity Control
Designed for spaces with strict air purification requirements. The unit maintains stable indoor conditions with a temperature range of 18–28°C (±1–5°C) and relative humidity of 40–70% (±3–5%).

2. Optimized Air Volume
Rated air volume is calculated based on the required air changes per hour and the room volume. The AHU’s rated air volume exceeds the theoretical requirement, ensuring effective air circulation.

3. Load Calculation
Cooling, heating, and humidification loads are calculated according to indoor/outdoor conditions, fresh air intake, and surrounding structures to guarantee accurate environmental control.

4. Model Selection

• If the air volume meets requirements but heating/cooling capacity is insufficient, selection is based on load.

• If both air volume and load meet requirements, selection is based on air volume.

5. Condensation Method Options

• Air-cooled type: Ideal for dry areas or where water is scarce; easy to install. Minimum clearance around the outdoor unit: 1.5 m.

• Water-cooled type: Suitable for areas with abundant water; users should provide the cooling water system.

6. Air Supply Structure

• Front air supply: For small to medium spaces; includes a built-in low-noise, high-efficiency fan.

• Top air supply: For medium to large spaces; equipped with a built-in high static pressure centrifugal fan.

• Ducted air supply: For large spaces; built-in fan with user-supplied air box and return duct for centralized air handling.

7. Customization & Special Requirements

• Centralized computer control or remote monitoring.

• Compatible with overseas power supply voltages.

• Units exceeding standard temperature/humidity requirements: low temperature, high temperature, or low humidity variants.

• 100% fresh air configuration: Intelligent operation while meeting strict air conditioning requirements.

• Environmentally friendly refrigerants: R410A and R134A.

• Steam heating and humidification for clean constant temperature & humidity control.

• Heat pump heating type for energy-efficient clean room operation.

Applications
Widely used in pharmaceuticals, tobacco, healthcare, biotechnology, electronics, and automotive manufacturing.
