Introduction

   Liquid-to-Liquid Coolant Distribution Unit CDU, Installed in the cabinet. It is a core cooling device designed for high-density heat dissipation requirements, achieving efficient heat exchange through liquid circulation. Its core function is to absorb the heat of IT equipment through the coolant on the secondary side, and then transfer the heat to the outside through the external cooling system on the primary side such as chilled water, natural cold sources, etc., thereby maintaining the operation of IT equipment within a safe temperature range

· 10-inch color touch screen with multi-level permission control
· Liquid cooling intelligent control system, featuring temperature monitoring, PTpressure monitoring, flow detection, water quality monitoring, and anti-condensation control, with the highest temperature control accuracy reaching +0.5℃

· Plate heat exchangers, high heat transfer efficiency
· High-efficiency variable-frequency pump, and N+1 redundant design
· Supports high-temperature difference operation
· NO fans

· Coolant compatibility: Suitable for a variety of coolants, including deionized water, ethylene glycol solution and propylene glycol solution
· Metal material compatibility: It can be seamlessly compatible with liquid cooling plates made of copper and aluminum (3-series and 6-series) materials

· Corrosion-resistant pipe fittings made of 304 stainless steel or above
· It is equipped with a standard RS485 communication interface, featuring rich detection, alarm and protection functions within the system. The set parameters are automatically protected, and the operating parameters and alarm records will not be lost in case of power failure
· We provide standard communication protocols and can customize special format monitoring protocols according to customer requirements
· Sensors, filters, etc. support online maintenance
· High filtration accuracy: 25-100μm
· Optional dual power supply is available
